Static / Manned Guarding
All our officers are highly trained and experienced to deal with all eventualities. Our security officers are able to provide vigilant security services to cater for any of our client’s requirements.
Our Manned Guards are well presented and are trained to deal with the public and clients in a professional manner at all times.
All staff that are employed by Safe Shield Services Limited are assessed through our careful selection process which combines a verbal and written assessment. This will enable us to select employees who have a direct interest of making security their future career and have relevant passed experiences with in the industry. We can then provide our clients with the sound knowledge that their premises our safely looked after.
Having a highly visual Manned Guard presence is an excellent deterrent for possible intruders to any type of premises.
Mobile Patrols
We are able to provide patrols to any premises or site day or night. We can meet all clients’ requirements by providing patrols either on a random or specific basis and can be on site for up to 30 minutes.
All our patrols can be designated by a route selected by our clients and can be monitored for compliance.
Lock Ups and Unlocks
Our officers can visit your premises or site at any required times to provide a detailed lockup or unlock. If requested we can also check vulnerable areas including toilets and fire doors and will close blinds and turn out lights and set the building alarm.
Our unlock procedure will ensure that your premises is open and ready for the days work ahead.
Reception Duties
Our staff can take over from your receptionist on site to enable any staff to continue to work without having the worry of “lone workers.”
We carry out a full Lock Up at a scheduled time, which will include checking all areas of the building, closing blinds, turning out lights and setting the alarm.
We can also offer our Reception Duties in the morning; this will include an Unlock of the premises. We will unset the alarm and ensure the building is ready for the days work ahead. We can greet your staff when they arrive, and do a full handover to your receptionist at a designated time.
Alarm Response and Key Holding
We can act as first key holders for residential and commercial properties. We are able to provide 24 hour response to intruder and fire alarms.
If for any reason we are called out we can successfully enter your premises or site and check vulnerable areas as advised by your alarm system. If a problem arises we can call designated personnel or we can just reset the system. We provide a detailed report of any activations and details of our actions.
In case of any breaches of security are detected that require us to call out any other emergency services I.E locksmiths or cleaners than these services can be included.
We aim to respond to all alarm activations within the ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) policy, which is to be on site within 30 minutes.
Door supervisors/Events
We can provide experienced staff to pubs, clubs or any private or public event. We can meet any requirements that may be requested, with excellent customer service skills and competitive prices we can provide our services to make our clients feel safe and secure and to make any event run smoothly.
