For us to provide a quality service all our officers are required to have up to date SIA licence and have been trained to a high standard with in the industry and at all our clients sites.
To maintain our standards all our staff are given extra training to enhance their skill sets and to make them feel more of a valued employee.
Throughout the day, night or weekend our supervisors and Managers will routinely and randomly visit each client’s site in order to review the security guards performance. Disciplinary actions and corrective measures would be implemented immediately if any security guard is found to be failing in his or her duties or where there is any evidence of misconduct or abuse of privilege.
